The van was practically new, had all we needed and was comfortable, reliable and easy to drive. Staff met us at the airport and made everything easy. Recommended.

Outstanding!

I loved the car! The woman who works at Korvin deserves a raise. She works so hard! She was not only the counter check in woman, she was also the shuttle driver and the also the call center lady as well! She did everything quickly and was very kind! Also, I made a mistake on the order and emailed them. They helped me fix my mistake in a matter of moments! Very pleased and would 10/10 recommend again.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The car was affordable and super clean. The transportation to/from the airport was seamless. I would highly recommend them! Anytime I go back to Iceland, they will be my go to car rental.

The Dacia Duster was totally fine. No issues. What I missed was a replacement wheel and a first aid box.

Excellent

We did not have a great start with Konvin. They were an hour late picking us up from the airport. Further, they did not explain how to use the electric heating system at all, so on the first night we were very cold as we could not get it to work properly. However, aside from all the hiccups we had at the beginning, Konvin was pretty good. The employee representatives were friendly and we did not have any troubles with drop off.

We had a great experience with Northbound, communication was great and the van was perfect for what we needed, would definitely recommend them to anyone.
