Good
Our cooking gear that we had paid for was left out, which turned out to be pretty costly for us. We had a bit of difficulty getting back to the car rental location to return our van since it wasn't with the other rental companies by the airport, so perhaps directions could be provided when picking up the car. All else went well.

Very good experience, nice people at Lagoon Car Rental, very helpful and friendly. We had a good car and also the equipment fitted perfectly for going camping.

The whole renting - collecting an returning the car - was a straightforward process, the staff was friendly and the instant lift to and from the airport contributed to a succesful trip.

Everything went perfectly well. Services were awesome, as well as treatment, suggestions, and recommendations by staff. The car was in excellent conditions, as well as the equipment. The only "but" is the sleeping bags which were more like duvets and individuals. It may have been better to have either two separate sleeping bags or one large duvet for two people. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Outstanding!
Overall Lagoon car rental was a good choise, the possibility to report any problem directly by email with a really fast response was a big plus in our journey. After we got a flat tire the support found us a Service at one of our waipoints/stops in Iceland so we could get it repaired. The Duster was also a good car for the 4x4 F Roads, we didnt got a single issue when driving the F roads. the Flat tire we got was on a one way bridge not on the F roads. I didnt had a tire protection (insurrance) but next time I visit Iceland I will definitely get one. And they even have a shuttle from the Airport and back.

Outstanding!
We rented the VW Caddy with Lagoon Car Rental and it was an excellent experience in every possible way. The car was great, spacious and confortable for sleeping. It was ready when we got to the shop. Everything smooth and easy. The stuff of Lagoon Car rental is friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent
Very nice vehicle, the VW van. They were waiting right at airport when I arrived. Drop off also very quick and hassle free. Not the friendliest staff, but not rude. Recommend the wireless hotspot
