Outstanding!

Everything that was promised to us was delivered! Someone met us at airport , just as they said they would. The car we reserved was practically brand new and very clean and ran well. Dropping it off at the location by the cruise terminal worked out great. We are very happy with Lagoon Car Rental. Hope we get to return to Iceland, if we do, Lagoon Car rental will be our choice!

Outstanding!

Renting with Lagoon Car Rental was a wonderful experience. We had a brand new, very clean VW Caddy Camper that used diesel. The car was in great shape, there were some pillows and linen for the bed, a little tent and vent for the window at night. This vehicle was perfect for two and there was enough space for our bags in the back and underneath. The staff at Lagoon were very professional and fast. Pick up and drop off was on time and fast and check in and check out was also fast and easy. I would most definitely recommend Lagoon Car Rental and look forward to using them next trip! Thanks for everything- it made the trip a lot easier and stress free.

Excellent

The car was really good and pretty new. Driving it along Iceland was super easy and good as well. The only issue is that the Cooking Gear didn't come with a cooking pan, so we had to buy it, and it was pretty hard to find some in Reykjavik. But overall I'm pretty happy.

Outstanding!

Everything went well. We reached the arrivals hall at Keflavik around 1am and in 5/10 minutes the shuttle came (no need to call, they constantly show up there with a sign) and took us (5min drive) to the office. There was no car from the category we reserved, so we were upgraded do a bigger diesel car (low consumption btw). No problem whatsoever when returning the car at the office, and again in 5/10 minute there was a shuttle taking as back.

Very good. It was very comfortable to be picked up at the guesthouse in Reykjavik by your collagierte and driven to the car rental bureau as well as the service at Keflavik with the Shuttle to the airport. Thank you very much!

Excellent

Renting from Lagoon was good. Although I had reserved a Nissan Qasqai, the gave us an Opel Kadjar. It was nice and clean and served its purpose well. When we initially drove off the lot, the car was shimmying and vibrating at around 70km per hour, so I immediately turned around and went back. The guy at the desk was very helpful: he had me pull interest the garage and they power washed the wheel rims and tires both inside and out and whatever volcanic dust/crud had been stuck to the wheel, car sing the imbalance was totally gone and the car drove beautifully for the rest of our 9 days. Very good experience.

Good

The car was great and new. The prize was fair and it was uncomplicated to rent and bring back the car. Also very good was, that there is a shuttle from and to the airport. The emplyee was very friendly but he could not explain us the car (the 4x4 settings) and how the roof tent works. We had to find it out by ourselfs. He could have told us more about the insurances (self risk, ...). We met a other couple who rent exact the same car from your company and they got cooking stuff and only one box for food, we got two, so the emplyees could be better preprared but all in all it was very uncomplicated and we had a great time with a great car.

Outstanding!

Easy, convenient; wonderful to be able to pick up in Reykjavik and drop off in Keflavik or the other way around. Friendly staff, good car. I've used others and prefer Northbound. We shopped around and they were the most affordable for our compact car needs, so it was nice to get quality for less. We do not really mind other inconveniences (for example rude employees or out-of-the-way rental locations) We base our choices on price alone. So again, this was a win-win.

The Lagoon car rental staff were responsive to email questions in a timely manner and provided great service. We were especially appreciative of the pick-up/drop-off service as part of our car rental which helped make our visit to Iceland a smooth and stress-free experience.
