Outstanding!

Staff were very helpful and the entire process went smoothly. Also had very prompt response when we were unsure about an issue about the campervan. Generally no issues with the campervan. Everything was as expected and more! Cooking utensils were great but stove grill/stand could be changed so that there was direct contact with pot (otherwise it took forever to cook!) Loved that we had airport pickup and dropoff as well.

Excellent

The car was great, the service could have been better though. They were 1 hour late at the airport and the staff was not friendly and seemed not to care about their customers.

The vehicle was wonderful. I would love to have this at home. The pick up and drop off went very smoothly. Very kind people working there. A terrific experience! Already planning on going back to beautiful Iceland

We rented a Hundai i20 from Lagoon Car Rental which was good enough equipped for travelling around northern Iceland. We had no bad surprises so we were satisfied with the car and the company. The people working in the company were very kind and helpful. We will definitely think to rent car from Lagoon Car Rental when we visit Iceland next time.

Excellent

The gal at the pickup in Rejkavick for my mini-van was terrific. The vehicle was brand new so no complaints there outside of the radio not picking up much and the Bluetooth not working with my phone. The dropoff at KEF took more time than it should but the service was great once I got to the front of the line. Lagoon had the best deal for a large enough vehicle for 6 people/

Excellent

The experience was good all around. It was the car that I have booked "Kia Sportage" so that was great in comparison to other rental intergrators that specify a class. The cars' interior and exterior was good but not great. The car's front license plate was missing and they didn't notice ( replaced it with a printed page in the back window) and also a signal light was always turning on "automatic breaking system" failure. The check-in and check out service was fast. That was a great thing.

Outstanding!

We had kind and professional service and were upgraded as the initial car had a flat tyre. The problem was resolved promptly with no fuss. Pick up and drop off to the airport also ran smoothly. Would definitely use them again.
