Young staff who are not hugely enthusiastic, but very quickly and helpfully modified our pick up time when we arrived earlier than expected. Car was in good condition and was a delight to drive through the occasionally difficult Westfjords. I would happily choose Lagoon again.

Outstanding!

Rules and policies were clearly outlined and the rental pro was was quick and easy. Our car was clean, spacious and very fuel efficient. Will definitely be using lagoon when we return to Iceland!

Car was extremely dirty when we got it. The cup holders had dirt stuck to it. The person who assisted us with the documents when we arrived needs training. He did not explain a thing to us. We had to figure everything out ourselves. Car was great. Service needs a lot of work.

Outstanding!

The VW Golf Car I rented from Lagoon Car Rental was practically new with only ~ 6,000 km on the car. I drove the car for two weeks on HW No. 1 (the circle) around Iceland with no problems what so ever. Great car.

Outstanding!

Service is fast, responsive, and convenient. We will definitely use this company again. Every time when I have a question via email, I get responses within half an hour. Friendly staff! Saves me time for picking up the car at airport. Very impressed with this company.

We didn't get the Hyundai we were expecting. Instead we got a Kia. I didn't like it much. It had little power on the infrequent hills we encountered and the fuel economy, for a car of its size, was terrible. Also, on a couple of windy days, the car felt quite unstable and buffeted a lot by the wind - we felt unsafe in this car. I would have much preferred the Hyundai. Apparently Lagoon had some issues and the Hyundai hadn't been cleaned in time. Having said that, Lagoon sent someone to our hotel to pick us up which was very helpful.

Outstanding!

Great just missing a sponge in the cooking tools and a blue disk for parking. Check out time was too long, especially if you re short on timing with the airplane. Pickup and drop off service was great. Car and all the equipment was great, very low gas consumption.
