Excellent

Our experience was good with Lagoon Car Rental. They were very friendly and helpful. The Duster Diesel held five of us with our luggage in the back. Checking in and out was simple and they gave us a free ride to the airport. Make sure you top off the gas before you get to close to the Car Rental because the gas stations are not right there. Leave extra time to go through the boarding process at the airport since the airport facilities have already been outgrown by the increase demand from tourism. I would use Lagoon Car Rental again.

Excellent

Mostly good. We were originally given a vehicle that required us to go to a service centre because it was very low on oil. The car also showed a number of alerts indicating service was required. After dealing with those issues the new vehicle was excellent. The Lagoon people were excellent.

Hi. In general our trip by your car was amazing. I would only ask you to provide more information regarding driving in Iceland for not experienced drivers as I am. It would be very helpful to listen before booking. In that case I could choose "gravel protection" option for example. Thank you for everything.

Excellent

The car I rented was not available so I was upgraded to Dacia Duster at no extra charge. This SUV was awesome for driving and my needs as there was 4 of us. Pick up was quick and getting my vehicle was hassle free and pleasant also quite informative. I was nervous about getting a windshield chip as they are extra insurance $ and bugs can be the size of birds lol. Overall my experience with your car rental was a great welcome to my Icelandic adventure. Thank You Paul

Outstanding!

We had a brand new Caddy Camper and everything worked out really well. We also wanted some extra chairs, which was also no Problem for Logoon Car to organize. Really good communication und nice staff!

Outstanding!

We were allocated a Kia Rio car which was wonderful, a 2016 -2 wheel drive model, easy to drive, six gears so fuel efficient, a screen display when reversing, heated seats (lovely on a cold wet morning) and even a heated steering wheel which was very nice in May. Lagoon were wonderful. They met us within 5 minutes of exiting the terminal at KEF and took us to their depot to sort the papers and there was no pressure at all to try and increase the various insurance extras. We dropped the car off the previous night to what we had intended and they drove us and our assorted boots, bags and baggage to the hotel without any fuss. I would certainly recommend and use them again. Please also thank them for the free maps.

Good

In general fine with some limitations: By pickup they did not know what flight we come with and how many persons, at least the driver who was supposed to pick us up. We had to wait 40 min to be be picked up from the airport, they were not prepared for so many arrivals. In spite of confirmation per e-mail, they did not change the car return date. Our camping kit did not contain any pots or pans so we had to ask them to deliver it on the way. One car did not have functioning water pump and the cable for electricity connection was missing

Outstanding!

Very good, we were picked up at the airport and dropped back off well. The vehicle was a good size for 7 people and for camping gear very happy with the Rental Company. Renault traffic was great, east to drive, clean and comfortable.
