The car works well. Most everything went smoothly. Received two parking tickets (which were my faults). The tickets were only about $5 each, but the car rental company added a processing fee of $20 for each ticket. Not happy with that. However, the rental company notified me the tickets in real time, which made me much more careful during the rest of the trip. I am grateful to that.

We were very happy with the service from MyCar. The pickup and dropoff went very smoothly. I wasn't crazy about the particular car, but that's not the fault of MyCar--it just wasn't super comfortable, and it drove "big"--we have a Highlander which seems more nimble and driveable compared to the RAV4. But again, not MyCar's fault, but next time we would probably pick a different car.

Very Good

Very nice car, good features, easy to drive, would have loved to take it home. :) One thing to improve: the airport drop-off is not easy to find, a few more signs would have been nice. The GPS knew the road, but not the house number.

The Toyota RAV4 was a great car to travel around Iceland. It felt comfortable and safe on the icelandic roads and during the typical icelandic weather. We drove almost 3000 kilometers on all kind of roads (including 1 F-road) and averaged about 6.3 liters per 100 kilometers.

The car was exactly the one we ordered. It was a clean and a recent car with very few km. When we had a flat tire, we called customer support and they helped us quickly. The pick up/drop off was really easy and fast.
