The car rental from MYCAR was very smooth and easy! I highly recommend booking there. The pickup and drop off was very uncomplicated and smooth. Especially the shuttle from the Airport to the car pickup. We were very satisfied with our booking.

Outstanding!

Our rental went off without a hitch. We were met by a nice young man who transported us to the rental office via a van. We had arranged for wifi and GPS and everything was in order. The vehicle was clean and in excellent shape. Upon the end of our trip, vehicle drop off was quick & easy, and we were transported back to the airport in Keflavik. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend!

Good

The vehicle was in good condition when we picked it up. Shortly after the TPMS light came on. I checked the tire pressures to be sure there was no punctures in the tires. I also had to purchase window washer fluid as the vehicle did not have any supplied upon pick up. I found out the next morning while driving in the rain/snow. The MyCar employee did not adjust any pricing for the inconvenience of the TMPS light or reimbursement of the washer fluid as I did not keep the receipt. He made no effort to compromise or apologize about the TMPS.

The vehicle was as advertised and perfect for the winter weather in Iceland. The pick up ad drop off at the airport was easy and the entire staff was very professional and courteous. It was a very good experience and I will rent from Northbound next time we travel to Iceland.
