Very easy dealing to pick up and bring back the car. No technical problems with the car on all kind of roads. Pick up at the airport was a little bit unorganized and hasty.

Hi !! I rent a gray Suzuki Jimny during July 19th until August 4th. My boyfriend and I liked Iceland et all has been good with the car and the tent....was great. But honestly, the guy who greeted us was really not friendly. He was impatient when we asked him questions, he explain us the price in US money when we asked him to convert all that into Canadian money ... in short ... we were really angry .. and it really started our journey badly. The guy ended up pressing us to sign and ordered us to remove our luggage from his vehicle. In short, I would not recommend anyone else to go and rent from you. Outstanding!

Rental was quick and efficient. No problems with the car in our two week stay. No problems when returning either. Rental office was a bit hard to find as there was no sign (in contrast there was a sign for a different rental company) on the building for which we had the address for returning the car.

Excellent

Very good. Smooth starting. Because my wife broke her leg on July 12, we have to stop that trip, and returned the rental car on July 15. When we were sent to the airport, the local office manager also went with us, it showed more careful to us. I am waiting for the refund now.

Outstanding!

Everything was great. The pick up at the airport went smooth and the guys were very helpful. Sadly we were unlucky and at our second last day someone broke into the car in Reykjavík Skúlagata and stole all our stuff. But the staff was great and someone came by to assist us really quickly and was extremly nice and helpful. Would definitley recommend you and rent from you again. I used to live in iceland and my experience with you was exactly how I remember Icelandic people. Fun, helpful and honest. Thank you

Outstanding!

The condition of the Vitara was superb. It was excellent to have a WIFI router in the vehicle. However, the GPS did not allow address to be keyed in. Would it be possible to tweak it accordingly for use?

Die Abholung am Flughafen hat sehr gut geklappt. Auto war OK. Wir hatten in der Nacht einen Heimflug und konnten das Auto am Flughafenparkplatz abstellen. Finde ich super! Alfons und Silvia aus Deutschland
