Outstanding!

We were picked up from Airport to their office. It was smooth process to sign the documents and get the car. We got brand new car and loved driving it on Icelandic roads. After return we were also dropped off at the airport.

I booked a car online, and realised I should have booked another model - so I reached out to Northbounds customer service and they helped me change to a better fitting option for less money - the mail correspondence went smoothly and was very helpful. Everything worked out well from pick up at the airport to delivery of the car. I would recommend booking with Northbound and would do it again!
