Very Good

We actually got a Peugot. We liked the car. The only complaint is that since a foreign car to us it would have been helpful if staff could have demonstrated the functions of the car.

Fantastic!

The experience was mostly positive. The car was as expected, pickup and drop off was efficient. Only negative is that we had a flat tire. I changed the tire, but wanted to let SAGA know about the issue and obtain advice on what to do. I called the emergency support number several times and there was no answer for either roadside assistance or customer support. I finally reached the shuttle driver and he had someone at the office call me back. It was about 5 pm on a Sunday. Had we had a real emergency, I don't know what we would have done. Perhaps an opportunity for improvement for SAGA.

Good experience overall. Two main issues from the car rental company side:1. One hour wait for the shuttle to pick up from the airport to the car rental; 2. Bizzarre experience at pick up, as staff was allegedly not aware that a portion of the rental was already paid for: I.e. staff was about to charge me full amount until I showed the voucher/payment confirmation; once shown, staff told me they would “roughly match” the price. The matching was only a few cents off, but this part of the experience felt very off.

My experience with the rental was very good. I was actually upgraded to a slightly bigger vehicle because of availability. My only came when, for some reason, the gas pumps declined all of my cards that had otherwise worked all throughout my trip. I understand that this means that I will have an extra fuel charge from the rental.
