They were not at the airport for the pickup, the car was not clean. Car did the job. Generally not enough information on the pricing of the insurance for the rental upon reservation. Liability of 3500 euro is too much (I then took extra). I also felt uncomfortable that every little scratch on the car was marked on the contract, but unable to check because the car was not clean. Lagoon thus missed a policy to identify the marks that were big enough to get marked. So overall, I would not rent again with Lagoon.

Outstanding!

Pick up was straight forward. Staff friendly and efficient. Van had fairly high mileage but was in generally good clean condition and was nice to drive. Only one front tyre had a few studs left in which was annoying as there where times we would have benefited from having a fully studded set.

nice and comfortable, but the point that i ll be picked up at 12 pm (time of my rental starting) was confusing. My flight landed at 10-20 AM and i waited till 12 PM for a manager of Blue. I ve spent also about 1 hour at office before taking a car (first waiting, than first car proposed was with broken door look as i saw, then checking another one). So, maybe its needed to write more clearly about airport pickup time and time needed to check and take a car. but, the car, the booking online, was perfect! I ll use your rental next time!

Outstanding!

We loved this car! It got a little scary on the road with the snow sometimes, but this car made us feel super safe all the time. The seats were very comfy, which we really appreciated it.

Excellent

The car was great! Ran well and got us to Skaftafell and back :) Good service too, speedy all around. The only issues were that: 1) The car's Check Oil light went on partway through, and though I added oil the light stayed on; 2) We didn't realize we couldn't drop the car back at the airport, so had to loop back and lost a little time going to Lagoon. We probably should have figured that we drop it back there, but it would have been nice to get a reminder!

Excellent

I had arranged to rent a diesel Subaru Forester as my fiance and I were aiming to drive all the way around the ring road and I wanted the fuel efficiency. However, when we arrived at the rental building, we were given the keys to a new gasoline Forester with around 22.5k km on it and told that the diesels were not available. That aside, the car was in near immaculate condition with the only complaint being that the rear wiper desperately needed to be replaced. We put about 2,300km on the car during our stay and had no problems at all. Overall it was a pleasant rental experience and I would rent from here again.

Outstanding!

Our car was in a very good condition and had new winter tyres. The process of acquiring and returning the car was quick and the customer support was super fast. We drove the car for about 2600kms in 13 days without any trouble. On top of it the prices were the most competitive amongst all the car rentals

The Dacia Duster is a great little car and handles everything you need it to. The staff at Lagoon offer good support and are friendly and chilled. The pick up and hand over is seamless and stressfree!
