Visited Lovely Iceland on Nov 2018 , knowing rent a car is a must to get around , rented car from Northbound, easy pick up and very short ride from airport, fee fly staffs, cool reliable car, easy on gas , made my trip memorable, thx ,

When we arrived at the airport “Blue Lagoon cat hire” were not aware of our arrival. Albeit I produced the paperwork indicating the change of address for the vehicle pickup the representative at the airport was rude. However they did transport us to the Blue Lagoon car hire place near the airport. We were asked to inspect the car in darkness with no initial lighting. We had to ask for the vehicle to be move from the storage area so we could carry out the inspection. Overall experience was not great.

You will not find a better or easier car company to rent from in Iceland. Our driver met us as we exit the baggage claim, took us five minutes away to the car pick up, and 10 minutes later we were on our adventure. I had not heard of this company before this trip, I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

A perfect car to travel through the wild. Easy to book and no hidden fees. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied is the missing CD with navigation, as i had to use my phone as a satnav replacement to travel from A to B.

Really cool company. We waited about 15 min in the arrival hall till the shuttle came to pick us up and bring us to the rental counter of lagoon rentals. For this circumstances we got a free wifi as an upgrade which was a very nice little helper during our stay in iceland. I fully recomment to book your rental through northbound.is due to the good Quality, Service, Communication and the reasonable prices instead of taking a rental from the big companies at the airport where you have to pay a lot of addional fees like for example airport fee. Excellent!

Excellent...loved the car and pickup was easy

The car was good and the customer service received was ok.

Great service! Location was hard to find when I had to drop off the car. I recommend that you place signs to help customers navigate towards your location.

Overall was really great. If I need to add more comments, I'd say you need to add more signs on the road so that people can find your place easier.

The Forester Diesel was an excellent choice for our destinations as well as the road and weather conditions. Glad you had it available! The wipers, however, were worn and in need of replacement.

The service Lagoon Car Rental provided was excellent and there were no issues with the car. Hopefully when they finish construction they will put signs up so it is easier to find their office when returning the car.

Lagoon car rental provided us with great service and their prices were very reasonable.

The drivers from the pick up and drop off at the airport where very friendly, but the people within the rental office not. They where definately not rude, but could not smile or be friendly. We eventually got a Dacia Duster, since the Jimny wasn't available. But instead of asking if this was okay for us, the man just gave us the key and that's it. When we brought the car back, the man at the office didn't even say 'hi' or anything else. The only thing he said was 'you got the yellow paper?'. It seemed like he really hated his job. Everything went very correct and they have low prices, which is why I'd probably rent with them again next time.

Instead of Renault Kadjar I received Nissan Qashqai II. Same class, but a bit disappointment, because I wanted to test exactly Kadjar. No problems with received car- clean and all worked properly. Would be nice to have GPS maps inside the car (it was without original chip, so not possible to use car maps).

Excellent pickup/return service from/to airport. Quick and easy registration for rental. Highly recommend.

Very good! Everything was smooth; the staff was friendly and courteous and it was a relatively fast process.

I can surely recommend Lagoon Car Rental as quality is worth its price. Very friendly and open staff, who gave us usufull tips about not so obvious places to see and check. We were travelling with child and another couple and I think to get optimum comfort, you should not consider taking more then 2 adults in back seats.
