Good

Instead of a Hyundai Tucson we received a Toyota RAV4. Though it’s the ‘or similar’ option, afterwards we experienced it as far less comfortable. We specifically chose the Hyundai because we own one in the Netherlands. The advantage would be that we are familiar with the car, making it easier to concentrate on the driving.

Northbound provided a GREAT experience. We booked with LAVA car rental and when we arrived were upgraded to a Mitsubishi SUV. Communication was perfect.

The information about where to get a lift from at the airport could be simpler and some of the info was out of date, it mentioned walking past a bank in the airport that is no longer there. It would be easier if they just said outside of exit number ** adjacent to P3 parking or included a map. I'm afraid I can't give many marks for customer service as the guy who picked us up didn't give us any form of greeting whatsoever, did not help us with our bags and seemed to be in a bad mood and didn't speak to us once in the whole journey. It wasn't a great welcome. It was slightly better in the offices but only a bit. On the plus side the car was very nice, clean and good value.

Outstanding!

The vehicle performed great with the conditions. We had many days with heavy snow & wind. I would recommend more signs to find the building for rental return., the address took me to a parking lot.

Outstanding!

The car was perfect and literally saved our lives. We slipped on the icy road but managed to balance ourselves not to hardly. Hybrid car is amazing, saved a bit on fuel. Lava car insurance covered the damages and customer service is perfect!

Outstanding!

The only thing that was a bit tricky was the lever to open the gas tank. It wasn’t really working properly. I had to find something to keep the lever up and go to the tank and try to open the little door. Otherwise, very happy with the service. Also, the WiFi service was great. It would have been so much harder to follow gps directions without it. Was very reassuring to know that I was always within reach, even in more isolated areas. I am overall very happy with the service provided. Will definitely recommend and use again if I ever go back. Thank you!
