A perfect car the Icelandic roads with good boot space and safe handling in wind and rain

Very nice vehicle. We put on 1800 miles. When I dropped it off they asked for the Wi-Fi. I said I never received one was I suppose to? If I paid for it I never had wifi

Pick up, Service, Shuttle to Airport, condition of the car, everything was fine. I was given a hybid car. A 4x4 with 36l of tank volume, what is absolute not appropriate for longer travel distances and remote areas. I had to look for a gas station every (!) day. The "normal" Jeep has 60l of volume. Nobody informed me about this aspect. The car is fine, but always watching the fuel level and looking for next gas stations is not fun.

Loved it, was perfect for 6 of us. Definitely a little snug but that was because of of all our luggage. Amazing car and not bad on gas!

North Bound has a fast en helpfull costumer support. Pickup and Dorpoff at Lotus was easy. The transfer from and to the airport went also very well by friendly, enthousiastic en nice people of Lotus Car Rental.

Hello, I had booked Toyota Highlander from Northbound(Lotus) and had a great experience. Booking was done almost a month before the actual travel. Price was also good when compared to different sites. I had sent messages while booking and also just before my travel and they responded with right information in quick time. We were a group of 6 travelling from the Netherlands each carrying 10 kilo luggage plus another hand luggage. So this car was perfect. (Although person sitting in the last seat had to adjust as it was little congested because of our luggage but we managed) Pickup and drop from airport to Lotus car rental was easy and quick. Car was really good with no issues. I would highly recommend to check Northbound as the website is easy to use and navigate when compared to other rental cars site.

In total the whole car-rental was good. I can only critize two points First one: No one was at the airport to pick us up when we arrived, already got our laguage and waited outside. I called the office and they told me someone will be there in 5min. After 15min we're picked up. Not a good service for a premium rental service. 2nd topic: Check your child seats. One of three was already damaged. That's a safety issue. Should be priorized

Vehicle was nice, clean and perfect fo rour trip around ISL, much appreciated. Service was perfect for pickup and drop off at KEF airport. Insurance was not proposed/detailed at the time of vehicle booking, we were a bit surprised to understand and add the insurance fees offer, after few hours flights. Better to propose and announce the insurance fees at the booking on internet. I would have appreciated to sign and receive a copy of the return receipt, stating the number/level of damages (which was not our case) if any, when we returned the vehicle.

Great car, great service. No complaints.

The car was clean and only had minor cosmetic pre-damages. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable and fit us and all our stuff easily. During our winter round-tour we only experienced one difficult stretch on a snowy mountain pass where even this 4x4 struggled slightly. Otherwise, a very reliant workhorse. Would definitely recommend this car to others that are thinking about exploring iceland along the main roads. If you are thinking about visiting the highlands - maybe aim for something bigger. But for everything else, this car gets the job done.

Good and quick service , the car was almost new and clean.

The car was in a really good condition, absolutely clean and well maintenenced. I didn't recognized first that this car is a hybrid - the batteries were completely unloaded when in got it and so the range was only about about 300 kilometers. But despite of that, we had not an single problem with the car an had a really good time in Island! The tires were really good and so we managed to do all the trips that we wanted to do, desptite of really worse road-conditions.

The Car was very clean and just as I booked. It was really nice that i could directly choose the language of the car as soon as i got in. It was brand new with only one rent before mine and worked with no problems with one small thing. The tire pressure sensor went off after about 1 hour of driving. I checked the tire pressure it was fine so I called the rental company. They didn't quite got what the problem was and told me to just drive. I solved the problem by initialising the tire pressure again. The technical support could be better and maybe give the costumer a flyer of the car with details about the car like hight, weight and tire pressure.

It was a nice car with a familiar feel...

All was very good! The car Was perfect for our needs. Employees were kind and helpful. Next time we will chose your Company again!
