Very Good

The Car and Rental experience was very good. Having a hybrid with Apple CarPlay made my trip much more enjoyable. Pickup was the only downside. We were told shuttles were every hour at 20 past but we had to wait an extra 45 min and call the office to get a pickup.

Very Good

We had a good experience with MyCar. They sent a special shuttle after calling as we did not see them in the lobby at expected time. The vehicle was in good shape. The most confusing thing was insurance, as apparently they do not know what we purchased through northbound, and your site does not make it easy to see what coverages were included in initial booking. Being offsite we had to wait again for shuttle to airport but had plenty of time.

Outstanding!

The car was ideal for the four of us and our luggage, over the two week of travel. The "All wheel drive" was ideal, for the sealed and unsealed roads. We travelled on the roads in Westfjords as well as The Ring Road etc and covered over 2000 miles. The only mishap that we had was a cracked windscreen so were very pleased to have taken out the Platinum Insurance.

Over all a good experience We rented the car in the middle of the vacation, but the pickup point was quite far out from the center of Reykjavík. With no useful public transport at the time of pick up. Perhaps a pickup location more towards the city center could be an improvement. But a nice experience all around.
