The price was good. the car started showing oil/service light withing 200km of driving
Very good! Good service, everything fine!
Perfect for a small family (2 adults with one child), could go everywhere on asphalt roads and basic gravel roads.
Don’t use much essence and easy to drive / park.
Only missing tools is a proper USB charger (imbedded one don’t charge smartphone), had to buy on to plug in cigar lighter.
The people of the firm were very friendly, the paperwork and al the arangements were correct. The car was old and damaged but it did the job. We where happy that the car was not brandnew because of the state of some roads.
General experience was good, service was fast and professional, i got exactly a car i wanted and ordered. We traveled around a whole Iceland and car had zero failures. return process was fast and problem-less. IF i will come again, i will use this company again. And recommend to my friends.

It was very Good we get a cost free Upgrade to a Hyundai i20. The car had all Things we need. The Pick up and drop off was without Problems. We were driven the whole Road 1 around the island.
The Support by mail before arriving and the remember function were really excellent.
For me was very surprising that the tank was nearly empty when I started (it was by luck that I had a look an after 2 kilometers), because I´m used to get a car with a full tank.
The personal in Reykjavik as well as in Keflavik were ok but not really friendly (perhaps due to Sunday Mornings).
Due to the both last points - sorry - I only can give a "4".
When I come back to Island I`ll see if than I can give a "5" - because I will book a car again from your company ;-)

We were picked up at the port and brought to the agency, close by. We should have asked more questions about fueling up, as a chip is provided. We dropped car off at airport and were shuttled to the airport. All went well and this was a great experience. Highly recommend!
Sadly a quite bad experience. The seat wasn't adjustable and no one could fix it, managed it on our own after a while and with their tools. One front light didn't work from pick up on and no one there able to fix this.
They wanted to give us a car with worn tires even till/over the safety mark and no one able to change this - after I told them about the tires they told me, they'll always do it this way and can't change tires for everyone. Safety and checking the cars before a rental seems to be not that important...
However the trip itself went fine, although difficult with only one light at night
Customer service was excellent. The price was also the cheapest we could find.
We had a car with a check engine, finished wiper blades and screaming brakes. The customer service and the shuttle car were very good.
The shuttle took a rather long time to reach the airport but other than that service was relatively smooth and we had no issues with the car or booking.
The price was unbeatable good :), the employees were really helpfulland friendly. But the pickup was unfotunatelly much too late, we waited for about an hour on the airport... The car was good, but the warning light because of the tire pressure problem should have told us before we drove away.

The car was fine, can't complain. The low tire pressure light was on from the beginning but it didn't cause any trouble.
It was good overall. Some comments to improve:
The waiting time to take the car was quite long (more than 30 mins at 2 in the morning)
We had to wait for the driver to come to pick us
Usually, the car is given with a report of the damages, is not usual to have to mark the damages ourselves. Moreover, we were told the car was perfect, and it had several hits in the front.
Car was okay, only a bit older than I expected as I was told you bought a new Renault Megane and this car had more than 100.000 KM on it. Also, on the voucher it says: An agent will meet you in the arrival hall and shuttle you to the location of the vehicle where you will finish the rental agreement. There was no agent so we called and then he showed up 15 minutes later. However, only our driver fit in the shuttle and we had to leave everyone else behind. The check in process and getting the car went very smoothly and also the return of the car was easy. I think it is important for clients to know what to expect when they get to the airport. One last comment, we were unable to pay with american express, this is a problem as my car rental insurance is thru american express. So if you could add something on your website that if you want to pay with American express you should pay in full when reserving the car...
The staff and overall rental experience was really positive, but the Hyundai i10 was not in great shape. I guess the price should've been our indication because it was a bit cheaper than most other rental companies in Iceland (which is why we picked it), but the car was pretty beat up and had seen better days. It also lacked some basic features like automatic locks and A/C.
Service was excellent - incl. drop-on /off to airport and hotel.
The minivan was in relatively old which is not a worry, but was not 100% clean and the windowcleaners needed replacement (poor evacuation of rain on the front window).
We came one day early, therefor we didn't get the Dacia but instead we got a suzuki s4.
The car was fine and did wat we rented it for. There were a few things not ok with the car, the rear window wiper did not function( in occasional rainy weather in Iceland not nice). Equipped with cruisecontrol but unfortunately this also did not work. Other that those two items , the car was fine .
The personnel at Nordic was very friendly and knowledgeable . I would therefor recommend this company
Hi. The car was very confort even if a small car. Good shock absorbers and easy to drive. Very good service.
Quite good to deal with, emailed us back promptly when we ask questions. The car was in good condition, drove well but had some minor maintance problems.
Its my first time in Iceland. i was trying to do as much research on car hire as possible before i come over. There is a lot of companies offering lots of cars but lots of cars was booked out 3-4 months before my trip.. Unfortunately i have to hire a Ford Tuorneo which is too big and also above my Budget. Upon collecting the car, just realised the general internal condition of the car is quite worn out and i would like to have a Standard GPS in the car of that price.
Other than that its quite easy to collect and return the car.. no issue with that at all.

The car we rented was great and we had no problems with it the two weeks we rented it. I'll definitely use them again and refer them to all my friends
