Nordic Car Rental in Iceland

Very good service. The car had many scratches but technical OK.

This car is probably close to its retirement age as a rental car. It still works, and had no failures during my rental, but is definitely showing signs of age. However, the main problem I had with the car was that I intended to use it on F-roads, for which it is not at all suitable. I realize I should have done more research myself, to figure out that a Suzuki S-cross is not really an SUV, but rather a regular small car with 4WD. The road I attempted was nothing extreme, and would by no means require a super-jeep. A regular, medium-sized SUV with slightly bigger wheels and higher ground clearance than normal cars would work fine, even without 4WD. The S-cross has low ground clearance and very small wheels with fairly low tire profile, and did not work at all.

We got a Hyundai i10, which was similar to the Kia Picanto. It was in a correct condition and there was a professional method to indicate the dents and scraches. The pick-up at location was also correct and on time.

The car was ok, a bit old, but she did her job :)

Overall, great experience. Checkin was quick, drop off shuttle was timely, and our car worked perfectly.

Generally, everything was ok, but we had to wait an hour in the airport when we arrived to be picked up, i know the driver goes to the airport every 20 minutes more or less, but is difficult to see him if he doesn't move or makes visible his signal. Another thing was the car, it was great, but we paid for a diesel one, and were given a 95 fuel, wich is more expensive and has more consume of fuel. Thanks for asking.

Everything smoth and easy with friendly customer service! Suzuki Vitara was a good choice.

We had some problems with front tyres that were in very bad conditions. The rest was Ok.

Buena relación calidad/precio. Lo único mejorable podría ser la antigüedad del vehículo, pero entiendo que es acorde a los precios ofertados. Muy buena experiencia en general. Absolutamente recomendable.
