Fantastic!

Just a comment to take in consideration in future, everything was perfect but we booked with Northbound and there wasn't any indication in the e-mail that when we arrived at the airport we had look for Ring indications, not for Northbound. It was a little bit confusing for us

Outstanding!

Dacia Duster is a very sturdy car, easy to drive. We picked up the car in Reykjavik (a 15' taxi drive from downtown) and dropped it off in the airport (10' drive from it, with shuttle bus service). For future customers, I'd recommend to purchase the full insurance: road conditions and winds could damage the car (a small crack on the windscreen from a tiny stone is a common incident). For the staff: the drop off was smooth and quick with friendly and competent staff, but I would have liked to receive the final evaluation of the car that shows mileage, the gas tank (full) and the condition of the vehicle upon drop off.

Outstanding!

Overall we had a great experience with ring and northbound! The car was great! Giving we were travelling in march/end of the winter, a shovel and a better snow brush could have been practical to have. Also the kitchen box lacked a few key item namely : ustensil, bowl and match to light the gas stove which was underwhelming considering the price of the box. That aside, northbound was a great say to rent a car in iceland

Car was fine. But service was excellent. This is a small, local firm set up by two young brothers who work all hours and are committed to giving great service. And they do. Will use again.
