Outstanding!

Northbound and Lotus were amazing - super prompt communication from both and the rental process couldn't have been easier. The staff at Lotus were great and the car was perfect for our trip! We are planning on returning to Iceland for another trip in a few years and will 100% be using Lotus again.

Excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and informative. The car we were given was brilliant and great to drive and dropping off at the airport was swift and easy. We would highly recommend Lotus Car Rental to anyone looking for a car in Iceland.

Everything about the rental process was perfect. The agents were extremely helpful and responsive and even managed to help me correct a mistake in my own booking. When I arrived at the agency, everything went smoothly, picked up my vehicle with all the bonus additions and hit the road in a matter of minutes. The car was wonderful and the experience was one of the best I've ever had in all my travels. An incredible company that wants to share Iceland with those who desire to see it -- all for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Great car rental experience. It was actually my first time renting a car, let alone renting internationally. It was such an exciting thing to be out on the open road in Iceland, so a rental is a myst for adventurers. The agent knew the difference between using cars (automatic) in the US vs Iceland which made the nuanced transition so much easier. Great pricing, easy to return, since it’s right at the airport. And everyone’s so kind and helpful.
