Outstanding!
Lotus Car Rental was a pleasure to work with. We got the car in 5 minutes (returned back even faster). Basic driving instructions were short and to the point. The car (Toyota Aygo) was a great fit for he two of us, its gas consumption is low and it's comfortable to navigate main roads. We didn't spend much time in big cities, but I think it's one of the best choices for Reykjavík with its narrow streets and tight parkings. The coffee coupons were a nice surprise.

Very happy with the car rental. Northbound offer one of the best companies - Lotus in Iceland. Great prices and their website has interesting blog for ideas and things to do/see in Iceland.

The experience with Lotus Car rental was great. The check-in process as well as check-out was very comfortable and quick. We were upgraded, since the car category, we originally booked, wasn't available. We would book with Northbound any time in the future again.

I have been to Iceland more than 25 times, and rented cars fom different companies. This time I got a very good car with automatic gears and GPS from Lotus Car Rental. My experience with Lotus Car Rental is the best I ever have had. I can warmly recommend the company and I will use them again next time I will be in Iceland.

I would love to rate it 5.0 because: the car was ready, we we’ given an upgrade to 2019 rav4, the staff were nice, the return was easy, we weren’t able to fill up the gas tank and we just paid them upon return. The only thing was the car was not cleaned when we got it. The inside was just dirty. Too bad.
