Very Good

One small issue we had, is that the hand brake was not in the best condition. Other than that we had a very good experience with the car.

Very Good

First impression wasn't that good. There were nobody from Ring waiting for us at the airport. Luckily I had internet and could contact them on Whatsapp. A driver came to pick up other guests and forgot about us, I had to chase him on the parking lot and he drove us to pick up the car. The car was very good and once at the Ring facility everything was great.

Ich was really good, the car did a good job for us :-) Just one thing: It would be better if you ask for the arriving time of the flight by booking.

We had a great time using the Dacia Duster 4x4 with rooftop tent of Ring. The company definitely lived up to all of our wishes. Al the communication went very smooth and the staff was very helpful whenever we had questions.

The car we rented was very reliable and in a good condition to drive the difficult roads in Iceland. We felt safe with this car and the pick up and drop off was quick and smooth. Although, it is kind of hard to find the Reykjavik office. The communication during the rental period was very easy via WhatsApp chat. We definitely recommend booking your car with Ring.

Excellent

The car was comfortable and without any problems, only at the beginning we have to ask for the security - triangle. We had rent a roof - tent too, which it was brandnew and we loved it. It`s a pity, that Ring is closen during the night and opens still at 7 o clock,so we had to hand over the car in the absence of the stuff ( we prefered to know it immediatly if the car was in a good situation or not )and had to take a taxi, which organized Ring for us, to the airport at our own costs. With the previous car rental companies,we have had in Island ,we could pick up the car for 24 hours and give it back and we were driven to the airport.

Efficient, friendly and helpful service from Ring. We were not surprised to hear that this relatively new business is expanding. Good luck to them. We would certainly use Ring again. The Ring minibus was waiting at Keflavik airport to collect us when we arrived. The minibus driver gave some helpful information on driving in Iceland whilst we were travelling to Ring's premises to collect the car. We were provided with several different ways of contacting Ring should any issues have arisen, but we did not need these as it turned out. At the end of our trip, we waited less than five minutes for the minibus to deliver us back to the airport. The vehicle was virtually new. Clean and in great condition when we collected it. Comfortable to drive and with plenty of space for our party of four adults. The boot fits three large suitcases.

Very Good

The only critical point was the information on the drop off procedure at the end of the rental period. At the start of the trip, I asked about the drop off procedure and it was explained to me that I would receive an email about it. Until 6h before drop off time , I did not have any concrete information about the drop off procedure. I then received this via targeted demand.

Everything went perfectly well. We got a good car, which brought us everywhere we wanted to go. Rental was perfect, pick-up, drop-off and transfer to the airport. I will definitely choose again on my next trip to Iceland.

The car was great and handled the gravel F roads very well. The fuel efficiency was not as good but sufficient. It was clean and well suited for our needs.

Wir waren lange auf der Suche nach einer guten Autovermietung in Island. Wir sind schlussendlich auf die Vermietung Ring gestossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem: Die Kommunikation war super, es wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Die Abholung und die Rückgabe waren extrem schnell und unkompliziert. Wir wurden direkt vor der Wohnung abgeholt und am Schluss wieder zum Flughafen zurückgebracht. Das Auto war top: sehr neues Auto und sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Vermietung wählen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The company was super! The actual booking of the car was easy and really straight forward. Once in Iceland, the pick up was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The car was in prefect condition! The drop off was the same, friendly staff and easy procedure. I am definitely going back to Iceland one day and would absolutely rent from this company again!

Very good new car with premium extras Finding the office for returning the car was very difficult because th navigation system directed me to a dead end side street. Only the last person I asked when I was finally in front of the office could help me. There was no sign at all and I had to go to the office of another firm. Please make a big billboard! The return itself was smooth
