Hi Ivar The trip was beautifull and it was the first time I received the car I really ordred and not "a similiar car". Thank you. The car drives well and has all the facilities we required incl. navigation.

It was a different car but none the less it was great and clean and in like new shape

Car wasn‘t fully fueled at pickup, but could take a photo and bring it back with the same level. The pickup location at arrival could be pointed out better. We landed at Go Car Rental (a different company). But we called Go Iceland and were picked up immediately. Very good service. The car was very good and dropp off and shuttle to the airport even in the very early morning hours went perfect. I can definitely recommend this car rental.

We, my daughters and I, were very satisfied with our rental car. Every thing went smoothly at the renting and the car was great to drive. I can only recommend to rent with Northbound and Go Iceland

It was fine in general I just have 2 comments 1- the driver was 15-20 minutes late in the arrival hall, i searched for him when we arrived and i called the office until he showed up 2- the car wind shield glass was broken in front of my eyesight so that was annoying

From a CEO that owned the largest luxury transportation in North Carolina, you have some issues which can be quickly resolved. You need a better process 1. At the airport, you need a better recovery of your clients, not just running in the front door with a sign (didn't even say Northbound on it said Go Iceland..Found out from another vendor you are a 3rd party vendor - which is OK..just not the right signage. The driver told me he could only take me and not my 10 year old granddaughter and I could come back to the airport and pick her up...Sounds crazy right? So we had to wait another 30 minutes for his return. 2. The check in process was too slow. I listened to all your agents and they weren't speaking the same procedure. 3. The vehicle I was driving should have been retired it had over 112,000 miles, dented, and I even brought it back to your representative twice before I got out of your parking lot- for wheel well scraping, USB ports not working, I was assured the car was drivable - in reality they were too busy and wanted me out of there. 4. The car check engine light came on 200 miles in, I wrote to you all, got a response - I needed to talk to someone else at Northbound. All I wanted to do was to let you know, so I would not get charged for it. 5. The return process was WAY to long. Good thing I took photos of the vehicle prior, because it showed the damage was there prior to my rental. It seems most of your agents challenged all the renters about an issue on the vehicle. 6. I will be going over the invoice and credit card charges from Northbound to make sure I was charged correctly. 7. The only hiccup in our trip - I would have done differently was the rental car experience -

The car worked very well and was comfortable, dependable and fuel efficient.

Everything went well and whole process start till the end was smooth.

The vehicle was fine. Performed well and was quite economical to run

I would have liked to get the Hyundai Tucson even though there were some on the car rental lot but I was given a Mazda cx-5 that did the job. The Tucson would have had better gas mileage but the Mazda did do a great job navigating and the AWD helped.

Hello the car did not give us problems but the model was not from 2023 and had 180000 km done and it was full of knocks on the bodywork.

The service lamp in the car came on, when it passed the 15.000KM mark for service oil chamhe - we had only driven a few kilometers. I would like to have been informed of this.

Good car for our 10 day road trip. No issues and easy pick up and drop off. Would recommend

This Jeep did very well for us 2 with just enough room for our luggage. We had some problems at the airport finding the pickup person, he showed up late (for us) and had no sign. We got very good information at the desk of Go Island about driving offroad and so on. The car did not dissappoint in any respect for our trips into the mountains. We think 4x4 is a MUST for hikers!

After two days the car showed the warning for the regular inspection, at the pick up we felt pressed to upgrade the basic insurance, we took the premium one but not the wind blow damage+river crossing, therefore we were worried about the wind blows all the time we opened a door, also it didn't include tyre puncture that can happen at any time and at any place. However the we enjoyed the car, it was in very good condition and worked fine on the FRoads ans gravel roads.

Comfortable with extended features car. Lane control , parking cameras, AC, and navigation made the drive pleasant. However, the users manual and the electric charger were not provided. We had to fill in the tank fault twice.

Quick, easy and simple service

Car was not ideal for the circumnavigation, phev is great, I have one, but a nuisance when charging not practical, and small fuel tank a nuisance. Also a complex car to learn for a short period.
