True to Northbound's promise, if I noticed the price of my exact rental decreasing at any point between the booking and the trip, a short email to Northbound, and they quickly adjusted the price. The car itself was clean, well-optioned, and quite fuel efficient. I would absolutely recommend Northbound to anyone looking for car rental in Iceland. As for Lotus, the staff was courteous, thorough, and friendly. Tom brought us to the rental location from the airport swiftly, and Sebastian got us on our way with our car. He also brought us back to the airport when our trip ended. Lotus' employees do it all. Great experience all-around. Thank you!

Fantastic!

The Subaru Forester was great, and the personal too. When we return the vehicle, the person that drive us to our hotel drive like an idiot, much too fast and much too close the vehicle in front of us. That's the only thing that was negative with Lotus Car Rental.

Good

The car was very good. We had some troubles with the tent roof that got wet with light rains. Maybe you could give a waterproof shit for helping. Anyway, we had a good trip with Dacia Duster even if we were four people! The only difficulty was the personal attitude at the renting desk. They are quite rude and not very helpingful. We had some troubles with credit card and we waited for hours before a kind girl helped us.
