Fantastic!
Great experience. Only two issues would be the drop-off location was a little difficult to find (GPS didn't bring us to the right building and signs were not directing to the correct building). Wasn't sure where to wait for pick up, but driver came to get us after a short wait.

Gracias a Northbound por recomendarnos la empresa de alquiler Mycar para nuestro viaje por Islandia. Muy contentos con el trato recibido. Los coches son nuevos ( 2022) tienen buenos precios, aunque preferíamos tener asistencia en carretera,(no lo incluyen en sus seguros),pero no tuvimos ningún problema, los coches están en perfectas condiciones y ellos son puntuales en el servicio para llevarte o recogerte del aeropuerto a pesar de los horarios de madrugada que eran nuestro vuelos.

The car was dirty. Breadcrumbs were still on the dashboard. The windows were so greasy and dirty from the inside that you couldn't see through against the sun. the car also had various dents and scratches that were not documented, getting another Car was impossible.

The car was very nice, super clean and worked absolutely flawless. Just a crack in the windscreen marked with a circle sticker was a bit inconvenient since it was exactly in front view of the co-driver. The shuttle service worked in time but the bus used was to small for the amount of poeple squeezed in. This part could get improved. And yes, the overall experience was very positive so we will be happy to book with Northbound again.

Supercar :) new tyres with steel spikes, tons of torque, very robust, good comfort and low mileage. when we picked up the car we got and "old" businescard with the "old" address WTF so that created some panic 4:45 driving around in a nearby residential area and a plane to catch. But shit happens and besides that everything was perfect, and the "old" cards where removed from the counter when we found it. After a swift phone conversation with a helpfull young man.

Everything was really good. The car was in perfect condition, and the attention at the office was very good. They also take us to the airport when we drop-off the car. Really good experience. I would rent again with you for sure if I go back to Iceland.

The experience with Northbound has been good. Fast replies and easy processes. Mycar have also been really helpful and fast with their replies. We really appreciated their warnings about the weather and that they let us pick up the car in an office which was closer to where we were. The Toyota Yaris has been a great companion. Even in the middle of a snowstorm it didn't leave us behind.

The 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser was outstanding - exactly what we needed. It had all the cargo space to get us and our 4 large suitcases (plus small bags) to and from the airport area. We stayed in Slefoss, and the reliability of such a sturdy vehicle became essential when two different snow storms came in. We passed multiple smaller vehicles that had gone off the road but ours stayed the course. We were able to get off and see the things we wanted to see despite less than ideal conditions. The my car support team was wonderful getting us to and from the airport and super on top of everything.

The procedure of car body condition check should be more transparent. In my opinion at the car pick-up a staff member should participate in car inspection and indicate to customer every known scratch or damage. Then a corresponding protocol should be signed. At the car drop-off analogical procedure should be observed - a staff member should inspect car condition and compare with the pick-up protocol and then reflect the actual state in drop-off protocol. This way the customer would know whether they should expect any charges for damage or not. All other services were at high level.
