We were so pleased with the customer service we received for our car rental. They were very responsive and helped us trouble shoot which car we should get based on our trip, number of people and bags and offered solutions.

We were very happy with our car. The service from MYCAR was excellent - they answered all our questions before we arrived and explained everything to us when we picked up the car.

Everything went fine and was satisfying. Even when a stone caused a flat tire during the trip the next steps and the repair could easily be settled.

The car was very new and the service was great. Not having been to Reykjavik before, I wasn't sure about how to pick up the car. The shuttle service was timely and the people checking me in where excellent and made the process smooth.

We really enjoyed the trip with the car. The help of the northbound team was perfect. We need to leave baggage at rental office and we got a wonderful support who arranged everything. Perfect! THANK YOU!

Excellent and did the job

The whole experience from ordering to picking up, driving and returning the car was smooth and absolutely satisfactory. Highly recommendable for anybody who needs a car capable to drive on F roads in Iceland.

The car was perfect for what we needed. It was my friend's first time going to Iceland and we weren't going to venture into the highlands, so this car was great for zipping around the Ring Road.

I liked it a lot since it was fuel efficient and new.

The 2022 Toyota Yaris Hybrid Automatic from MYCAR was perfect for all our trip, we've gone all around Iceland, following mainly the road 1, but it's also perfectly great on the few unpaved roads we had to take. Of course it's not a 4x4 so you can't take F-roads but you don't need it at all if you discover Iceland for the first time. It's fully equiped (lane centering assist, steering wheel assist, everything for your phone connexion,...), so you are really comfortable when you drive and you can enjoy the beautiful landscape more easily. The Mycar and Northbound support services were also very nice : we had to change twice the drop off date, they've done it right away (it took less than 5 hours each time) and they refunded us immediately. The Mycar team was also very nice concerning the hour of the drop off (we took the car in Keflavik and dropped it off in Reykjavik), they let us drop the key back in their mail box at the hour we wanted because we wanted to go to blue lagoon the last evening, and they didn't charge us anything more because of it. Everything was perfect so we warmly recommend Northbound and Mycar rental for your trip, it's really nice to have a rental experience that went well.

The perfect car for travelling across the country without any problems. This vehicle allowed us to travel with peace of mind, because we knew that the fords were within our reach. The car is fairly new and very comfortable. We would have liked to have had an integrated GPS (as the one we took as an option was not up to date).
