Outstanding!

Getting a camper was the best move we made in Iceland. Nordic Campers was great, they were there early for our pickup and the office is open 24/7 so drop off was a piece of cake.

Outstanding!

We loved driving the Dacia Dokker around Iceland. It's easy to drive and since it's little, it's also easy to park. It was very comfortable to sleep in with the big cushions they provide and by scooting the seats forward, it is plenty long to lay flat. The kitchen compartment had all we needed, including extra fuel. When we needed the cabin heater, we folded the cushion back to better feel the heat, since the fan blows below the sleeping platform. It was easy to return the camper at the end of the trip and get a shuttle back to the airport. They were quite busy when we picked up the camper, but did take a minute to tell us what we needed to know before we headed out.

Easy and affordable. Very close to airport. Personal shuttle to rental from airport and back. Open 24hrs. Our camper was like new.

Process of being picked up and receiving the Mobilehome was very smooth and easy, also the return went very smoothly. Just hoping there will be no unexpected charges coming later. We were 2 guys on a photography trip so we chose a 6 berth to make sure we had sufficient room for us and all our gear which we did. Not sure how 4 people would find the space but then we are no experienced campers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The mobile home was easy to use and reliable. Would have been better if you could have arranged the weather for us 4 days out of 5 was rain and mist.

TERRIFIC experience with Northbound on our Iceland vacation! Our Renault Trafic High Roof was the best cost-benefit option for us to tour Iceland with detours off the Ring Road on our own time schedule and gave us the ultimate flexibility to stop when and where we wanted for the night. The "dinner box" included was a lifesaver for those days when we found a perfect spot to stop alongside the road and prepare a quick meal. It had everything we needed. Northbound's customer service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them!

The van we hired was decent for the price. There was an issue with the heater on the first van that we had due to the leisure battery not holding charge, but this was swapped for another van and we were not charged for the repair of a tyre that was punctured in exchange for the hassle which was a reasonable compromise.

Outstanding!

I'm totally happy with as well the car as the super friendly staff. I booked a Dacia Dokker for 12 days. Easy pick up and return. Most of all I liked the heating system. When I returned the car, I forgot few things in it and they brought it to my hotel. So grateful! Would definetely book again here. Also the cheapest prices I could find!
