Ring was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle was in great shape. We had absolutely no problems. Picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport. Highly recommend.

Sin lugar a duda los volveré a elegir cuando vuelva a este maravilloso país. Lo recomiendo totalmente , calidad , precio , trato del personal y confort del automóvil. Se agradece la comodidad y rapidez de las gestiones. Nos dieron un Dacia 4x4 totalmente nuevo y con todos los extras, no hay dejar fianza de depósito de la tarjeta (cosa que se agradece). Tienen un servicio de recogida y vuelta al aeropuerto excelente (vienen a por ti y te esperan en la puerta de llegadas). Un 10!

Everything was perfect since the moment the booking was done. I received an email explaining everything I need to know to pick up the car and return it. We got a delay in our flight and when we got to Keflavik airport couldn't find nobody waiting for us but it was solved phoning the contact number I received in the email and the guy popped up within a minute! Every guy from Ring had been really nice and they are on WhatsApp to assist in anything you need. At our return we phoned them to ask to please be ready to take on a quick ride to the airport and everything was nicely done! I will recommend northbound and ring to everyone!

Very Good

I have never experienced renting a car like this. Most rental companies are so shady and this was just a delight. They even messaged ahead because they noticed that we might need to pick up the car at a different office. The tires missed a bit of pressure and there was a crack in one of the headlights but nothing that caused issues with use. The drive itself went great.

Renting an car from northbound was such a great desicion. The car, service and kindness was perfekt. I really recommend this company, especially the Car Company "the Ring" where my car was from. I had no troubles at all and even got new spikewheels on the car.

The car was great! They could've taken time to show us more about the car, i.e. we couldn't open the gas cap, no one showed us how. They were amazing about coming out to change our tires to winter tires when winter came early!

Wonderful car that brought us over F roads, through snow without any problems. Not to big, not too small - very nice car to travel around Iceland with. At arrival we were very well advised on weather conditions, roads, traffic rules and regulations.

Overall really nice experience. Smooth pickup and drop-off, no mechanical issues with the vehicle, drove as expected, and fulfilled all our needs. The only concern was worn front tyres, which to my mind needed to be changed prior to the car being handed to us, especially bearing in mind that the temperatures in the mornings were negative.

Fantastic!

Very good experience with Ring. The staff is really friendly, the car (2018 Dacia Duster) was in good condition and worked well for the whole trip, despite the high mileage (188000km). I'd recommand Ring car rental and booking via Northbound makes it very easy !

La persona que ens va entregar el cotxe (doncs finalment vam decidir llogar-ho un dia abans) molt amable i atenta i tot van ser facilitats. El cotxe perfecta i còmode. I també molt bé el bus llançadora per portar-nos a l'aeroport. Molta amabilitat per part del personal que treballa a la vostra companyia.

Very Good

Car was decent to drive . Duster is entry level 4wd and was little plastigue from inside. It's not powerful car and often speed slowed down in uphills and had to switch to lower gear. But it got us around iceland. We had also roof tent. It was really easy and fast to set up. Mattress was little bit too thin. When temperature dropped near 0 we had to put towels and clothes between mattress and sleeping bags, otherwise cold came through the metallic bottom of the tent.
