Absolutely perfect. Great car a couple or two friends. The service from Icerental 4x4 was outstanding. Could not have asked for a better rental car provider for our 10 days. They also pick you up and bring you to the airport smoothly. Perfect service. Thank you!!

È stata una buona esperienza, l'unica problematica è stata che quando siamo arrivati al.ritiro ci hanno convinto a integrare l'assicurazione fatta con voi, dicendoci che la vostra era molto Basic. Avevamo fretta e capendo l'inglese in modo non perfetto l'abbiamo fatta, forse me lo sarei evitato. Per il resto tutto ok.

Everything was very simple and very fast. The car and the roof tent were in good condition.

Despite its age the car was reliable and served us well for the week. Whilst the broken seals let in dust on F roads, for the price we paid we can nor complain!

This car was not available and instead I was given a Suburu. The car was satisfactory but nothing special.

We had an overall wonderful experience with only the airport pickup to improve. Firstly, we received an unexpected upgrade and instead of the Suzuki Vitara we got a jeep compass trail hawk. It had more ground clearance and protection steel plates underneath the car. Giving back the car was easy and fast. The shuttle back to the airport was also easy and the guy spontaneously drive himself in a second van as there were too many people for one. The only thing that could have been improved was the pick up shuttle from the airport upon arrival. First we didn't meet anybody and after calling the number I was told he doesn't know how long it will take, we should just wait. Telling us "10 minutes" or something would have been better. Then my wife had to stay at the airport with our luggage because there was too little space in the van, same for all the others. That way we had to go back and forth. That is not what you are looking for after a long journey. Overall a great experience.

La voiture était conforme à mes attentes. Juste un joint de portière décollé côté passager assez désagréable. La tente de toit avait une fuite au centre du toit… 😢

At first I didn’t expect a relatively new vehicle, but I was surprised to see it has over 250k mileage. But after talking with others I realized it’s a common thing. Overall I’m satisfied with the vehicle, never had any problems during our 2 weeks stay and we were able to go almost anywhere (even on some f-roads), I would consider renting the Suzuki Grand Vitara again in the future.

Service of Icerental 4x4 was amazing. Nice communication, airport pick up and de Suzuki was upgraded to a brand new Mitsubishi.

We really liked the vehicle that we rented, even though is was an older model it did not let us down. It ran well and worked for what we needed. I would definitely rent from you again.

note really good. the car have more than 350000kms, the handbreak doesn't work, a light doesn't work, a flat tire warning was allready on the screen.... in fact the car make the job during the trip but all this thinks was not really pleasant

Car was on the older side but in acceptable driving condition. The staff was fast and friendly.

Very good but it would have been nice to have a drop off at Reykjavik

After waiting for transfer for quite a while we arrived with many other customers so there was a little stress, the handing over was quick though. The car we got was not the newest, with some minor defects but did its job well. The cooking device we got was not working properly because it was damaged and windscreen fluid was missing in the car.

It worked great and we enjoyed our visit at Iceland

The staff were friendly and professional. The pickup and drop-off were trouble-free. We rented 3 vehicles and they were ready when we got there.
