Good

Old car, had over 300'000km on the clock and damages all over Had to wait over 50min at the airport for pick-up without further information. Number provided wasn't on whatsapp and since we just landed we didn't have a local sim yet.

Outstanding!

Rental web page was easy to understand. Staff very efficient and fast. Great pick up and shuttle service. The only suggestion is to highlight in the webpage that a driver of the staff will come at airport arrivals any hour in the night to pick up the customers.

The service is perfect. The transfer from and to the airport worked smoothly. The ordered vehicle met the order. Only the mileage and some minor defects in the vehicle (e.g., some spikes in the tires were missing) were not as expected.
