Good

Although the car model on the ad was correct, the image of the car rental was different to the car we received. This was disappointing. We were picked up 20-30mins late. Otherwise, we had a positive experience. A quick and easy pick up and drop off - no hassles. I think it would be easier to have a full tank of petrol upon pick up rather than 15%, and then be required to provide a full tank upon drop-off, it's an easier resolution.

all aspects of our rental were very good. the only issue we experienced was having to wait 90 minutes to get picked up by the nordic camper representative.

Excellent

The car was quite used but did a good job. Nevertheless, it would have been great if the missing back self would have been replaced because without it everyone passing by can see what's in the luggage space. I've valued the automatic gearbox and the speed control very much. That has made driving in the hilly Icelandic landscape much more comfortable and allowed me to catch a glimpse of the lovely landscape now and then instead of focussing on the speed indicator.

Service and attitude are excellent. Even when we had a failure during the trip (due to our fault), we received a quick response and assistance. The Kia we got was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Outstanding!

It gave us great value. This car was the budget option but gave us great value for the money we spent on it. The roof tent was a bit short for us since we were 6ft+ but very easy to set up and the sleeping bags were a bit old. Apart from these two issues everything else worked perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone to rent a car from this organizer!
