Outstanding!

I can say just the best about Northbound. The airport-shuttle has worked really well and the staff was friendly and helpful. I somehow managed to book two cars instead of one, and even this was no problem. I could easily cancel one of the bookings and the down payment was returned within a few days. The car was in good condition and we had no problems with it whatsoever. Thank you Northbound for making our Iceland journey so easy and enjoyable!

Good

Rental car was satisfactory but pick up at the airport was almost an hour late. I would not recommend using Lagoon for this reason. The staff were apologetic, said they were very busy. They need to hire enough staff to accommodate airport pick-ups.

Excellent

I booked a Dacia Duster 4x4, which was totally functional. Having this car allowed me to go anywhere I wanted to go (as long as the road was open) without any complain. i was surprised that after a very long trip I drove over Iceland, the car spent much less diesel than I expected

The car was in good condition, great for the Icelandic roads and weather, low fuel consumption and 4 wheel drive. No issues with the car, the employees were kind and helpful. Thanks!

Good

Suzuki wasn’t available got issued Dacia duster. Smelt of petroleum apparently washed matts in substance that smells like petrol . Not very fuel efficient but did the job.

Bonne expérience générale. Bon contact avec les personnels. La voiture était correcte bien qu’un un peu vieille. Nous avons eu un problème avec la ligne d’échappement A cause des routes cabossées mais la situation a bien été gérée même si ce b’etait Pas compris dans l’assurance Platinum...
