Outstanding!

We had an awesome trip to Iceland. We were worried about getting an porosity Car and a trustworthy rental agency. We couldn’t have been happier with our rental and pricing. We also were greeted by a very friendly rep that helped us know area. The Land Rover was great and Iceland is magical. Thank you.

Nous avons loué une Dacia Logan avec la compagnie de location de voiture Lagoon Car Rental. Agence sérieuse, une personne est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport à minuit et demi pour nous amener jusqu'à l'agence située dans Keflavik. La voiture était en bon état général, même si on voyait qu'elle avait déjà du vécu par 2 années de location et 65000 km... Voiture assez confortable avec régulateur/limiteur de vitesse et siège chauffant à l'avant (appréciable même en été quand le temps est pluvieux!). Idéal quand on cherche un grand coffre pour mettre tous les bagages pour 4 personnes. Satisfait de notre location pour un prix raisonnable comparé à bien d'autres agences...

Outstanding!

Our experience with ice rental 4x4 was 100% perfect: car new and perfect, all the features required and also two sleeping bags and a kitchen set we didn’t know they were included. Also logistics and times were perfect both when we arrived and the return. It was very easy to communicate before leaving and in this way we could ask some more information.

Our Grand Vitara was very well equipped for the trip and we had a great camping experience with the rooftent. Definitely worth trying!

Overall the experience was good. We were a bit confused when we landed on how/where we were supposed to be picked up; especially since there are multiple companies that are very similarly named. When we were dropped off the paperwork didn't seem to be in order, and the representative couldn't locate the car that was originally set aside for us, so then all the paperwork needed to be changed to the new vehicle and the poor guy didn't even have printer paper. It was definitely a longer experience and put us a bit more behind schedule than we already had been due to a delayed flight. Despite those small things, the experience went well.

What a great way to see Iceland! We rented a Jimny with a roof tent & it was absolutely perfect for two people - really easy to set up & pack down & the camping box had everything we needed. Staff were helpful & friendly - airport pick up drop off made it really simple & easy. Would definitely recommend!
