Our Grand Vitara was very well equipped for the trip and we had a great camping experience with the rooftent. Definitely worth trying!

Overall the experience was good. We were a bit confused when we landed on how/where we were supposed to be picked up; especially since there are multiple companies that are very similarly named. When we were dropped off the paperwork didn't seem to be in order, and the representative couldn't locate the car that was originally set aside for us, so then all the paperwork needed to be changed to the new vehicle and the poor guy didn't even have printer paper. It was definitely a longer experience and put us a bit more behind schedule than we already had been due to a delayed flight. Despite those small things, the experience went well.

What a great way to see Iceland! We rented a Jimny with a roof tent & it was absolutely perfect for two people - really easy to set up & pack down & the camping box had everything we needed. Staff were helpful & friendly - airport pick up drop off made it really simple & easy. Would definitely recommend!

Good

Our experience with Lagoon and our Dacia Duster was quite good overall. We rented two of these cars and they were perfect for our trip, roomy, adequately powerful and economical. The rental experience was okay and the staff helpful. A bit of automation in the rental process would speed things up, though, as I found myself repeating info on the rental form that I had already provided when I made the reservation on the internet.

Hi !! I rent a gray Suzuki Jimny during July 19th until August 4th. My boyfriend and I liked Iceland et all has been good with the car and the tent....was great. But honestly, the guy who greeted us was really not friendly. He was impatient when we asked him questions, he explain us the price in US money when we asked him to convert all that into Canadian money ... in short ... we were really angry .. and it really started our journey badly. The guy ended up pressing us to sign and ordered us to remove our luggage from his vehicle. In short, I would not recommend anyone else to go and rent from you. Excellent

The service was excellent. They came to get us at the airport and at the end drove us to Reykjavik. The camper-van was what we expected, but needs some work on the brakes ( shaking). Oveall, a great experience and we would recommended the company to friends .
