Outstanding!

During our holiday on Iceland we rented Dacia Duster in Lagoon. They provided everythng exactly as I expected - transfer from airport and back, car in good shape and very nice customer support (including free cofee and some tips on how to operate on icelandic roads :) ). I would strongly recommend Lagoon - as well as Northbond. You must know that I'm not "easy customer" - prior to holidays I've been booking and cancelling different cars and asking silly questions through emails. For them this was not a problem :) Thank you Northbound and Lagoon - you made our holiday perfect as without this car we would not see beauty of Iceland in 100% !

Excellent

Very good first time experience with Go car rental. We were met at the airport and went through the paperwork & all the checks with the representative, it was much quicker & more efficient than our experience with alternative car rental companies in Iceland.

Good

I had initially booked a suzuki jimmy because I thought we may drive on f roads but changed my mind as I figured I was too inexperienced. I manage to change on site for a classic car within the same rate. No problem with the vehicle although it already had 109 000 km on the counter. What wasn't very pleasant is that we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to the terminal after drop off. We then decided to walk. It's walking distance, but in the rain this wasn't very nice...

Outstanding!

The whole experience was amazing. We loved our camper van. The bedding was clean and we had equipment to cook. Renting camper van gave us the flexibility of changing our itinerary due to weather conditions then bring stick with hotel reservation. Me and my wife enjoyed every but of it, starting from pickup from airport to drop off to airport it was AWESOME!!

Good

Overall, the experience was just fine and the prices for 4x4s were pretty close to the best we could find. Shuttle service was a nice gesture. Only negative was that we had to wait an hour or so for the x-trail to be cleaned and ready for us. After spending 6 days driving all over Iceland, I can see how it takes a while to clean. I would likely recommend Northbound to my friends who are heading to Iceland for a trip in September.

Overall experience was great! The staff were helpful and courteous, the car was clean, ready and properly equipped, and the vehicle itself was perfect for camping around Iceland. No complaints.
