We received a Kia instead but it was great, easy to handle, excellent gas mileage

The car was good quality (for a 2 year, ~120k km usage of a 4x4 used of frequent rough terrain travel), very clean and clearly neatly cared for by the rental agent. All communication and interactions with the agents were top notch, very friendly, informative, professional and quick.

Everything was ok. Service at the beginning a bit expeditious too fast but correct. and at the end very good. And the car was perfect. ( Suzuki Jimmy with roof tent)

We were generally pleased with the rental. The roof top tent was very handy for a quick set-up at night. We traveled into the highlands and a spare blanket would have been nice as the nights were quite cold and the sleeping bags only a summer rated type. The Dacia Duster performed well. I am not sure if you can track our unit but the rear suspension should be checked as the ride was quite bouncy. We also had a flat tire and the mechanic deemed to tire worn beyond repair. It was replaced at no cost to us.

We had to wait more than 30 minuets in the airport for pickup. When the pickup service finally arrived the guy laughed at us because we in his opinion were to demanding? The car had to many defaults. Windows in drivers seat was not working, doors were not closing proberly, and licens plates were not secured properly to the car with screws. We lost a licens plate while driving on dirt roads and had to pay 10.000 kr. I really thing this was unfair but has to sign and agreement because we had a plain to catch.

very good experience in generally . caravan was in good condition . i was a little bit disappointed that we had to pay for everything extra like bed kit, gas , camping chair etc i think these things should be included reminding the quite high renting price. and : i am used to get the car with full tank, not ca 35 procent . it makes it more complicated for returning . the watertank should be full by getting the camper( was quite empty ). but in summary we enjoyed our road trip very well.

Despite my poor English, I will try to describe my experience with Nordic Campers. Establishment of the file: Professional but after a long wait (there were several people before us) The vehicle (Dacia Dokker) was perfectly clean and well equipped. I asked for the car user's book, I was told there was none, but later I found it in the roof compartment above the dashboard. The car is big enough and comfortable for two people, the internal heating system (engine off) is very convenient and very powerful. The power of the engine makes driving enjoyable, and consumption (about 5.5 l / 100Km) is reasonable. We traveled 2000 km without any problem. We cleaned the car and returned it where we had seen it. An employee from Nordic Campers kindly brought us to the airport.
