Il Land cruiser noleggiato aveva 200.000 km ma ci ha portato in giro per l'Islanda senza il minimo problema. Il prezzo è molto conveniente rispetto alle altre agenzie di noleggio e non abbiamo avuto inconvenienti. La macchina non era molto pulita all"interno e appena glielo abbiamo fatto notare non hanno perso tempo e l'hanno lucidata a dovere. Alla restituzione non hanno fatto controlli particolari e sono stati molto rapidi anche nel trasporto all'aeroporto. Personale gentile.

Really good experience with the VW Caddy Camper from Lagoon Car Rental. In the beginning, I thought that maybe the bed it's going to be small for me and my wife, because I'm relatively big, but we fitted perfectly. We were sleeping in the camper during 12 consecutive nights and everything was perfect. I would repeat without any doubt!

It was smooth and easy! Since I had done everything online beforehand, I basically just had to sign some more papers and present my valid license and then they gave me the keys. The facility was nice with guest WiFi and chargers for me to use while I waited to be assisted.

Jonas is a very nice guy, and he treated me in a professional and friendly way. His camper van is in a very good condition, and I really enjoyed driving it through Iceland. I will recommend him to anybody who would like to hire a camper van at a good rate. I wish Jonas and his business good luck. regards Muji

Nice car.

Both pick-up and drop of the car was fine, as well as the condition of the car itself. The only thing is we were actually given a different car than we booked, Dacia Duster instead of Suzuki Jimny. Could have been actually better option for our purposes, and of course that´s the moment every rental agency informs outright, but still is a bit of discomfort...

When we arrived Geysirs premises, it was rather caotic inside. The staff were anonymus, we could not recognize them. And when we at last understood who were the staff, they seemed to have a lot of time doing nothing for the many customers, who had qued up. No general information was given. We waited more than 1 hr. getting our car. The second day of the hire, we punctuated on a mountain road. The car showed to have no spare wheel, only a simple sealing repair set which not could help us. We waited more than 2 hrs. for the roadside service. We got very good help Next day we were offered another car from Geysir, a Toyota Landcruiser, which we had to pick up outside our planned route. The car was allright and equipped with a neccesary spare wheel. We got no inspection form for the New car. The car was very suitable for Our purpose. Northbound should revue Geysirs routines for handling customers. The staff should be recognizeable wearing "official" clothes, and when customers has to wait, they should inform them, and increase the staff capasity.

Excellent service and vehicle! I would definitely use Northbound again. I particularly liked the way that F roads were allowed by this service so that we could take whatever adventure we wanted in the wonderful country of Iceland!!
