Great! All staff members are very kind and helpful. The car was okay: it took us everywhere and didn't consume much fuel.

construction or repair in Iceland. Go Car told us it was the only Jimny in their fleet with new tires. The windshield wipers were worn, but we were lucky to have only two half-days of rain. Go Car should recognize that tourists require good wipers to appreciate the scenery. The Go Car representative was late in greeting us at the airport, a minor comment. I encountered a couple of service stations that would not accept my credit card, so I used N1 service stations and cards. At the end and as expected, I gave away an unused 5,000 ISK N1 card which I had been holding as a contingency. Perhaps your firm can help solve the problem of unused N1 cards. In conclusion, the Jimny performed admirably over twelve days of driving around the island, including the Westfjords and Westland. It was a bit cramped for driving, but I wanted to economize. Thank you for a good job.We carried two suitcases, a wheelchair for my wife, and assorted small bags. Liam Davies helped us size the vehicle with precise measurements to the cm. so that everything fit. Liam also got us a vehicle with new tough tires, very necessary for some of the roads under

Our car rental with Geysir was exemplary. The vehicle was a new automatic Hilux which was in perfect condition, and drove exceptionally well on the F roads, in addition to other rough Icelandic roads. Having a 4WD not only gave us access to beautiful places, but gave us confidence and safety on some of the more slippery dirt roads when driving in the rain. This was my fourth trip to Iceland, and I will be straight back to Geysir for my next rental.

We had a problem with our car (12V charger didn't work, fuse was ok). I called them several times and they were always reachable, no matter what time of the day. They asked where I was and they stopped by and changed the car for a brand new one with 20km. No problem with the new car and at the return. I can recommend them.

The car was fine with the exception of the hood latch sensor was out and they sent me on with the car and the warning stayed on the entire trip. You definitely need more help to check in and check out. It takes way too long to check in and out. It took over an hour to pick up the car and about a half hour to drop it off. The guy that checked me out was very nice and took us to the airport since we waited so long and the shuttle was full. He was doing a great job, but he needed more help.

This was by far thee best rental company I have ever rented a car from. The process was simple. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I truly wish every car I rented was an experience like this one. The bonus was that the car was awesome for our Icelandic adventure. A big thank you to the Lava team!!

We were met with a friendly face at the terminal and were then helped into the van to take us to our rental. It was quick and efficient and we were off on our trip in no time. The car itself was just what we needed. It was spacious for 3 people and it fit all our luggage. It had great gas mileage range and was very easy to drive.

The Ford transit was OK, althought the sink was leaking, so we could not really use it... Grand Iceland office is far from the city center but the guy said he will give us a lift to our hotel when we return. Finally he was not there and other people from Grand Iceland refused and we had to catch a taxi.

Our experience in Iceland was awesome. We really liked our Suzuki Jimmy. It is a bit small, but perfect for the three people that we were. We had no problem whatsoever with it when it came to drive on all kind of routes in Iceland. The more difficult we did was going to Landmannalaugar camping. We got there with no problem. The prize of the car was very reasonable considering prizes in Iceland, as we paid just 1000 euros for 9 days including the insurance. I really recommend renting a 4x4 in Iceland, as we could visit amazing places not reachable with a 2x2 car.
