Car Rentals in Iceland

We were met at the airport and transported to the Lagoon Car Rental with all our luggage. We were in a party of 6. The rental process went very quickly and we were on the road within an hour. One of our vehicles was upgraded at no cost to us. It was greatly appreciated. Very nice company to work with.

The van we rented was perfect for the ring road! It came with lots of cooking supplies, a comfortable mattress, a great heating system for nights, the car handled well, and it was very clean. Plus, the staff was very nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent pick up and drop off service, which was ideal for our needs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All very straightforward. Thank you.

Very good. They were super helpful, met us at the airport I wanted them to change the windscreen wipers and they did it without question and came to us to do it. Great service, no questions about gravel damage or any hassle at all. Fully recommend.

The camper 4x4 rental was in great condition and the staff were very helpful. They were great at getting us to the airport on time even at short notice. I recommend getting the extra insurance. Would have liked to have a wine / can opener and a sharp cutting knife in the kitchen kit. We did not get a full canister of cooking fuel. I would rent from this company again.

Pick up and return were well organized and very friendly. The car was technically OK, but had several minor damages. I like the method other car rentals do, to mark these known damages with stickers, so checking at pick up and return would be much easier.

I really loved that we were picked up at our accommodation in Reykjavik and taken to the rental office. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We had a small upgrade of vehicle to a Kia Rio and everything went quickly and smoothly with the rental. We really enjoyed driving the car. I returned the vehicle at the Keflavik office, but I was very unhappy that I couldn't find the office and wasted about 30 minutes driving around looking for it! I asked three other car rental businesses where it was, and they didn't know and told me the wrong directions. Please put a Lagoon sign up on this street!! I was very stressed in getting to the airport later than I wanted to. Luckily the young man at the office was very helpful and kind and rushed me to the airport. I would definitely recommend Lagoon, but please help your customers with large signs at your Keflavik office.
