Go Campers was a great company. The camper was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall good

A very good experience with Lava Auto. We were picked up at the airport, the car was ready for us and dropped back at the airport exactly as they had promised to do.

Overall, we were satisfied with the service received from Lagoon Car rental. The price was really competitive, we were happy with the vehicle and options take, and the return service was really quick. My only gripe is the length of time it took to pick the car up. We were ready to go at 8.30am, but it wasn't until over 90 minutes later that we actually drove away which was pretty frustrating given the length of drive we had ahead of us. More staff in the rental centre would definitely have helped.

The car was great, we did not book 4x4 but got it anyway, the price that included the maximum insurance coverage was lower than in other places. Check-in and drop off were fast and they drove as to KEF after drop off, it took 5 minutes from their office near KEF.

First of all, our experience with this rental company was quite good: even though when I arrived to pick up the car there was no one in the office. but they were quick both in the delivery both in the withdrawal of the vehicle and did not make any difficulties, as instead happened with my previous rental with the company Lagoon. I mention, however, that they gave us a much larger vehicle than we had rented. On the one hand this made the trip more comfortable but that vehicle consumed much more fuel than expected. Moreover, given the not certain optimal condition of your roads, a larger vehicle means more risk of accident. I would say that the condition of your roads is very bad: even the roads like the state 1 that we have traveled (we have not made dirt roads as obvious) has gravel stretches that can shatter glass, huge holes, dangerous jobs with trucks in action. I also emphasize that the costs of renting in your country are disproportionate compared to the rest of Europe: I paid to your company hundreds of Euros of insurance and so at least I would expect that there is not an excess of 700 euros for any damage!

Wanted the pick up at the airport was smoother and less waiting. The check in and return process were excellent. The car had high milage with several minor, but visible damages/dents but was clean and ran well other than air conditioner in cooling.

The service was very fast and professional. The pick up and drop off to and from the airport was right on time. My only complain would be the Kia was dirty on the inside when we received it, for example we found an uneaten apple under the passengers seat, and the tire tread was very low.
