great experience. very fast delivery and return of cars. Valet car service on time. recommended

It was great that driver was wainting us on arrival. But we were disapointed that we were not informed that I will need to have a debit card with 2500€ limit. (I didn't had such so I had to pay more expensive insurence)

Very good

Fine. Everything as expected, except that the car had a big damage in the front window, when you delivered it. In Dk, I think, it is not allowed to drive in a car with such a damage, because of the risk that the window crashes during driving. Else it was good. Tent and everything functioned - almost - as it should (one of the buttons to keep the tent did not function, which was a bit irritating.

The car itself was good: everything, except the buttons on key-chain worked well (probably the batteries on key-chain were low and we had to use the keys to open and close the doors). The service from Icerental 4x4 was quite bad: at first, they missed our flight number and didn't meet us in the airport, so we had to contact them, being redirected to different offices, then to wait and then to recall again, because all the promised wait-time was violated. At second, after they arrived to the airport, it turned out that they had to meet 2 groups at once and they were able to get to the office only drivers, so after getting the car we had to return to the airport to get the luggage and the rest of our group. The returning of the car was not quick and easy: when we returned to the office, there was nobody there and we also had to wait. Fortunately, we had some time before the plane. However, the prices of the company are lower than the majority of the others.

Great experience with this company. Quick, on time, and easy to work with. Would recommend to friends.

I ended up renting a Mitsubishi instead. I upgraded for a discounted price and was very happy with the car we received. It took about 15 minutes until i was picked up from the airport and when i returned the car i was immediately taken to the airport which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait at the counter when renting the car was a bit more than I expected.

Overall it was OK. There was some confusion about airport pick-up. We waited about 1.5h someone to pick us up. Selves inside the car was so massive that it was hard to sleep in the car. Not much room to move. However staff in the office was friendly and helpful.

Airport pickup was quick and easy. The Duster was a little older than I expected but it was a great car! The diesel gas mileage was phenomenal. They let us drop off in Reykjavik for no extra charge, which was a huge help. Very satisfied. Thank you!
