The car was perfect, there was enough place for the four passengers and the luggage. We were able to drive in comfort many kilometers on all types of road.

Good

They could not provide us a Jeep but instead a Mitsubishi Cross. The vehicle met our needs so there was no issue. The vehicle was not ready when we arrived so we had to a bit but was not much of a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rental went smoothly. Would recommend to others and will return to rent with Northbound in the future.

The car was immaculate when I received it. I spent a total of 3,600 km with it and not only it didn't give me one single issue. It exceeded my expectations. The best part of the service was the exceptional customer support I received from Dawid and Natalia.
