The car was a perfect vehicle for a comfortable trip with 4 adults and a lot of luggage. The service of MYCAR was also brilliant. Thanks a lot!

Our overall experience with the car rental was excellent, everything went smooth and without any complications. The car was in excellent condition, very clean. It could not have been better. We would rent a car with the company again next time.

the car was exactly what we asked for and perfect for our trip. the tank could be bigger but hey, that's probably out of your control and there are fuel stations everywhere. some of the zipper on the roof tent were broken when we picked up the car. Nothing dramatic really but since you are looking to improve...

My trip to Iceland was very last minute. Booked flights Wednesday, car and accommodation Thursday, packed Friday and arrived early Saturday morning. I'm very happy to say that renting a car through Northbound / A Car Rental was a simple process with no problems at all. Communication and service were far better than you would get with the typical big names in the industry. I hope to return to Iceland in the future and will not look any further.

Everything run very smoothly, and the staff was very helpful. There was a slight misbalance in the tyre air pressure at delivery, but not serious.

The car was great

We had a group of 9 and the car was able to comfortable seat us as well as carry our luggage!

you need to explain exactly where pick up point is. I waited right after arrival gate because many agency are waiting there. But your guy is waiting another point.

We are satisfied with the experience with Rijo. The minivan was exactly what we had chosen, new, clean, ran well and comfortable to drive. The staff at Rijo Campers were always in communication with us and available. The pick-up service to and from the airport was helpful.

We've received the car in a perfect condition (it was actually brand new with only 60 km on the kilometer count). For us it was the ideal car to cruise through Iceland and also go a little bit off the beaten path.

We dealt with a young lady when returning the car. She is a real asset to the business. Some of the other team lack basic customer service skills and are surly to deal with. The office design is also lacking and negatively impacting client confidence.

Great car and perfect match for our purpose with two people on Icelandic roads! Excellent service at Lotus Cars as well. Only issue: the car was quite dirty (interior and exterior) and the shuttle driver didn’t show up without calling.

The car was globally OK and Ring's services too. The only BUT SIGNIFICANT problem was tyres: - They were worn enough => Review their conditions before checking in (including safety wheel + repair kit : they were both OK for us) - Adopt a low tyre pressure: after 2 punctures on F roads in 3 days, we were helped by rangers -> They said the tyres condition was unsufficient for these roads + we must deflate the tyre pressure from 2.5 to 2.1. After that, no more flat tyres, thnak to them! This put aside, we had very nice services and a wonderful trip - just don't forget warm clothes ;-)

Good service. Pick-up and drop off at the airport was very good organized. Performance of the car (KIA Sportage 4x4) was good. Personal that handle was to lazy to register the small paint damage because de insurance coverage it all. When we hand in the car suddenly questions where ask. Although the employe made clear that their where on consequences it was an unpleasant experience.

Overall, we are not satisfied with the service. The main points (some of the may concern you directly) are: 1. We booked a pickup and return at the airport in your web. It resulted that this was not possible and that they provide a shuttle (every hour!) 2. The spare tire was not accessible due to the camperization, and the tool to take off the screws of the tire is not available, so if you have a flat tire, you have to stay on the spot. We had a flat tire twice and if you call out of office hours, they tell you that if you are dying, call emergencies and other wise use social channels and they will get in touch as soon as possible. 3. Is turns out that we did not pay some parkings. The say in a poster at the pickup point that any parking not paid they will charge you with 2500 ISK as management fee (we made a picture if you want it). In the contract says 5.000 ISK and said that it was a mistake and the contract was what they applied. And they charged it for EVERY parking. Fortunately it was only two. Which means that we paid four times more for the management fee than for the pending parkings. All this as we where running late for the plain because we had to go back to their office once we where at the airport. Afterwards they said that they would refund one.
