Good pick up service and check-in service. The Duster had a lot of scratches and a crack in the bumper that were not documented. We needed to get a busy and distracted person to check it several times. One of the doors was stiff ? Previously damaged and we needed them to check that as well. In the end we took a lot of photos and it was good that we had because when we got back they tried to tell us that we had done the damage. Otherwise the car worked well and it did not matter to us that it was a bit worn out. There was a light on the dashboard. We tried to ring customer service about it but got no answer when we tried ringing (quite a few times) Drop off was a bit chaotic and I’m still not sure about money they took as a security deposit. They just said all OK, so I presume it will be refunded?? Drop off back to airport was good.

We got a Nissan X-trail instead of the Suzuki Grand Vitara we requested (same class, but slightly better car). Service at pickup was great, and the car as well during our whole journey. We travelled all around Iceland, 16 days and approximately 4700 Km, of which hundreds of Km on gravel roads. Everything went perfect. Car return at the airport was also fast, efficient and smooth.

It was very good. The camper was confortable, the only problem was the glass on the roof that ws broken and with rain it was raining inside...

Excellent

Very long lines and slow service to get a car. Got an older car than I had ordered, and initially accepted a small refund. Finally drove away in the car, only to discover it was not fit for the road. Dangerously worn brakes!! Drove back and waited more. "Suddenly" they were magically able to find my 2015 Jimny anyway. Why didn't they give it to me in the first place. Whole process took approx 2,5 hours of my valuable vacation. At least I got a car in the end, and it worked well. Drop-off was smooth.

The Dacia dokker was great on gas, and a very simple vehicle. My boyfriend and I found that the beds were more comfortable than we expected, and it was definitely enough room for the two of us. All necessary utensils were provided for us which made things simple, including propane for the gas stove. The staff at Nordic campers were very friendly and helpful, giving us travel tips and recommendations on sites to visit. Additionally, we had spent a decent amount of time looking at camper van companies, and found that this was the cheapest option for what we wanted. I would definitely rent from Nordic campers again. My boyfriend & I enjoyed renting our Vitara in Iceland . An SUV is perfect for the terrain here. Picking up the vehicle was seemless! The reps were professional, friendly, & timely. Dropping off our car was easy too, although a busier time of day. We were shuttled within 20 minutes to the airport. Great experience . Thank you

The vehicle was newer than expected, that was plus. The wifi add-on was great for our planning, navigation and other needs. The team responded to emails, contacted us by phone at the airport when we got a little turned around and gave explicit directions when I got confused about the drop off. Very happy with the whole experience. I think for the money and what I needed it was cheaper than companies right at the terminal. Also, the insurance package information was more clear.

The experience was good. One issue to take in consideration: the rear wheels were very worn. they did not meet the minimum security conditions in my opinion. If I had seen it at the time of check in I would not have picked up that car
